In the event that any product does not meet your expectations, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of receipt. All purchases made after December 1st, 2016 can be exchanged or refunded by January 15, 2017. They must be in original condition and accompanied by the packing slip and an RNA# (Return Authorization Number) given by Leatherdeal.com. If you do not have your packing slip, please include the following information with your package:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address, zip code and phone number of the person who placed the order, if it was not you
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- Please include the style number, size, color and quantity of items purchased

All returns will be credited to your credit card account upon processing of the returned item(s) and your credit should appear on your next statement. All shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Please note, however, a $14.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund for covering the fees of credit card processing. This fee is applicable on all returns and canceled orders. All refunds will be credited to original form of payment.
