What is your return policy?
In the event that any product does not meet your expectations, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of receipt. They must be in pristine condition and accompanied by the packing slip and an RNA# (Return Authorization Number) given by Leatherdeal.com. (To acquire an RNA#, please call Leatherdeal.com at 212-796-7570. If you do not have your packing slip, please include the following information with your package:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address, zip code and phone number of the person who placed the order, if it was not you
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- Please include the style number, size, color and quantity of items purchased

All returns will be credited to your credit card account upon processing of the returned item(s) and your credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Please note, however, a $14.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless it is our fault, in which case there will be no deductions. Additional charges may be incurred for oversized packages.
Exchanges will be credited to original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Leatherdeal.com or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship our orders via UPS or Fed-Ex and are proud to offer free shipping for U.S. orders. Please note that we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes, unless the address is a military (APO or FPO) or university address. A UPS tracking # will be sent to you so your packages can be tracked via http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
Orders for items inn stock will be shipped by the following business day. Delivery dates will be as follows depending on shipping method chosen and according to UPS days of operation schedule. (Please visit www.UPS.com) We will contact you for International Rates.
  • UPS or Fed-Ex Ground Shipping: Delivery will occur within 4-7 business days following the shipment date.
  • UPS/ FED-EX 3-Day: Delivery will occur within 3 business days following the shipment date.
  • UPS/ FED-EX 2-Day: Delivery will occur within 2 business days following the shipment date.
  • UPS/ FED-EX 1-Day: Delivery will occur the next business day following the shipment date.
